I paid for the service of running my website through directories with my bank card. The person received the money, but did not credit it to the website account. The email listed on the site does not exist, and messages sent to it bounce back. I found the user's Webmoney contact information on the site, and he has a couple of other websites listed for directory submissions in his profile. I tried to reach out using a different email, but he doesn't respond. In the end, the person took the money, did not credit it to the website balance, and it's clear that this is a scam.
