(XSPamer, also known as XMailer)
Another scam company that positions itself as a "miracle tool" for quickly sending your emails to a target audience. In reality, they "softly lay" but "hardly sleep." After payment, it turns out that the program doesn’t work (!!!) at all. You waste time, painstakingly setting up: texts, design, sorting and checking recipients, accounts, etc. (according to the instructions/recommendations/proposed functionality of the resource), and after launching the mailing, a maximum of 200-300 emails go out to who knows where (with a lot of errors, even though the system supposedly (!!!) checks everything and removes the unnecessary), all accounts (paid separately on this same resource) "drop," the program freezes. Then it’s back to "fighting" with the system. Already fruitless.
I contacted customer support (communication exclusively online, understandable why now) - the responses were shocking. The arguments were as follows: "Your mail accounts have been blocked by... (for some reason)." "We can’t foresee everything that mail might come up with..." "You need to rent a server from us. There’s none for 1000 now, only for 2000..." The whole task is to con the client out of the first payment (minimum 3000 rubles) and then - depending on the situation: some get sold a server, "for an hour" at most, others get a partner program (like an "extension"). When asked what if you scam me again an hour (after paying for the server), the answer is similar: "Anything can happen!" In short, it’s one of many similar, worthless "companies" swarming online, which collects "three rubles" en masse, and their main argument when questions arise is (their exact message):
"Computer programs are included in the 'LIST OF NON-FOOD PRODUCTS OF PROPER QUALITY, NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR SIMILAR PRODUCTS OF OTHER SIZE, SHAPE, DIMENSIONS, STYLE, COLOR OR CONFIGURATION.' Also, computer programs fall under the rules of 'Distance Selling of Goods' - a computer program has individually defined properties and can only be used by the consumer purchasing it, i.e., it has a key, therefore it is not subject to exchange or return." If you’re talking about cashback...
Damn, they remembered about computers... :)) The concept of "reputation" is completely foreign to them. In general, I highly recommend not getting involved! 100% loss of money and time. The result is zero. It fully justifies its "name" from the definition of "SPAM." XSpamer. Spammer-X (unknown), whose emails go to SPAM, and it’s unclear how to "reach" them. 50% errors, 50% emails automatically fall into SPAM. Out of 10 test addresses (in the database), the email only arrived at two. In SPAM.
A rare piece of crap (reverse wave generator). Tech support is just as bad. It feels like there’s only ONE (inadequate) person there. During the entire time (three days of "fighting"), he only answered every other time. Eventually, he just went silent. Disappeared. Reviews are being posted by THEMSELVES!!!
