I use ProstoSpec for finding specialists and paying for services. It's a convenient Russian freelance platform. Pros: simple interface, you can quickly find a specialist for various tasks, and there is a review system. Payment through the platform is secure. As for the downsides: not all niches are well represented, and it can be a bit difficult to find a highly specialized expert. Overall, it's a good alternative for freelancers and clients.
