I paid for my order, but it was not fulfilled. I tried to place it twice - to no avail, nothing happens, the administrators are unreachable, and they don't respond to emails or messages in the Telegram bot at all. This is extremely unfair, mean, and unprofessional. They don't refund the money, they just deceive people for no reason. It's awful, I'm in shock. Why act this way?
