I was denied vote boosting when I contacted technical support. They responded in a rude manner, saying it was funny to them and that I "went to the wrong place." In the end, they don't complete the work and won't refund my money; the communication feels like the behavior of street thugs. I definitely can't trust them. Now I have no choice but to file a complaint against ProstoSpec, which I will do. They are real bullies, stay away from them, they will extort even more money.
