Scammers! We ordered chairs from them at the end of last year, and they made the chairs – that's their main production, and it was inexpensive. When we picked up the chairs, they offered us to order a kitchen made of natural wood through them and promised a 50% discount off the cost of the previously ordered chairs. We believed them and started discussing the kitchen. Since the volume was large, the kitchen turned out to be very expensive. We signed contracts in early March and transferred a 50% deposit to a personal card of an employee, who explained that it would be cheaper that way. By the end of April, it turned out that this employee had left the company and took our money with him. The company's director, Vladislav Negriy, expressed his sympathy, said that there were several victims like us, and strongly recommended that we file a report with the police at the station he suggested, so that all the victims could unite and get the scammer jailed. We filed the report, but in the end, we had to forget about our money because the police officer's phone stopped answering, and no one returned our money. Additionally, we were promised a good discount if we ordered the same kitchen from WoodPecker, as the company wanted to help the victims. We signed new contracts and transferred the deposit again. As of today, all deadlines are overdue by 2 months, Negriy isn't calling us back, and in response to all our calls, he feeds us promises that it will be ready soon, but he doesn't even send photos. We will be going to the production facility with the police.
