I have been working with CityAds for a long time, but my turnover is small. All my acquaintances in arbitration and webmasters constantly warned me against collaborating with CityAds, claiming that payments from them are impossible to wait for. Nevertheless, I was intrigued by the large number of offers and the attractive appearance of the platform, so I started using the CityAds affiliate network. Payments, although they did come, always took a lot of time to receive, significantly longer than in other networks. On October 7, 2024, I requested a small payment of 7111 rubles, and since then CityAds has been openly mocking me. First, my operator was changed. Second, payments stopped. I have repeatedly written to CityAds wherever I could, and I continue to do so, but I only receive excuses and formal responses. I have been waiting for this miserable 7111 rubles for almost two months, starting from October 9, 2024, when I submitted the withdrawal request! Only on November 14 was I able to get my manager *** to put my request for withdrawal. The money changed to the status "Pending withdrawal," but since then it hasn't moved! I can't get my money. My operator *** completely ignores my messages. In the VK community, I only get replies like: "Wait, wait, wait, how long I don't know." Previously, CityAds provided specific deadlines for withdrawals and actually adhered to them, but now no one talks about deadlines, the manager ignores me, and I can't get my money. The situation is such that the offers have long paid me, but CityAds refuses to transfer it. I have no complaints about the offers; the problem lies with the company. I want to warn everyone who plans to collaborate with CityAds: don't do it! You will only lose your nerves, time, and money, and in return, you will receive only formal replies, even for such small amounts as 7 thousand rubles. I regret not listening to more experienced webmasters and getting involved with the fraudulent company CityAds. There are people who lose much more by getting caught in CPA networks like this one. I sincerely feel sorry for them. I can't attach all the screenshots of my personal account and correspondence with CityAds, but if necessary, I am ready to provide all the evidence that the company has not paid me 7 thousand rubles for almost two months.
