The stakes are quite high. If you manage to do well with good metrics, they might add a bit more fat in the form of a bump, although this doesn't happen as often as I would like. Direct rec, own call center, and the absence of a name change since 2017 are the main advantages that made me decide to join them (recommended by two acquaintances in the arbitrage field).
