Is there at least one reasonable person who speaks Russian and can explain how to withdraw money from this site? I don't see a cashout button, nor do I see any PayPal address settings in my account.

It's a pretty decent project. One payment did get stuck ($5.01), but all the others come in within 3-5 days. I make about $10 a month for doing nothing, and payments are made to PayPal. Overall, I'm satisfied; I've withdrawn just over $50 in six months...
