webo.su is a scam. I ordered a service to register a website in a directory, and nothing was done. I received a dry response saying that it was all done! No emails about registrations, no proper report, nothing! The fraudulent site webo.su continues to rob people brazenly and openly, and global technologies and services only help it in this, just to rake in the money.
