Over three years of working with Webnames.ru, I have registered more than fifty domains. Everything was great until a critical situation arose recently, which forced me to contact technical support. I failed to pay for one of the domains on time, and naturally, the website stopped functioning. The problem was just a hundred rubles. I decided to top up my balance via SMS, but the payment only came through after a day! The money was credited, but I was still short by just over three rubles because they charged me an unclear fee of 25%. The website still didn’t work, and I had to wait another day for the second payment to arrive. In the end, the site was down for more than two days, which led to a significant loss of clients. I understand that this was also my mistake, but why does the money take almost a day to reach the account? Is it really that difficult to simplify and speed up the payment process? I want to warn that when using Webnames.ru hosting, it’s better to pay for domains on time, or even better – in advance. This situation upset me a bit, but overall I am quite satisfied, so I am ready to rate Webnames.ru a solid four and recommend this hosting to everyone!
