I mainly use Webnames services as a domain registrar. I also migrated several websites to their hosting. The uptime is high, and the sites don't go down even with a sudden increase in traffic. The ISP Manager control panel is very convenient; in my opinion, it's the best of all that I've tried. The rates are quite attractive, and there's the possibility of synchronization with CMS. For example, for Joomla, one site only costs 118 rubles per month, and there are nice bonuses included. Out of curiosity, I tested their website builder, which is also decent, and there is a free version available. There are many templates, and you can customize SEO parameters for search engines. This is quite suitable for creating business card websites or small news portals, and even the mobile version automatically adapts. Additionally, you can not only spend money but also earn through the referral program, which offers 3% of the amount of each paid invoice from a referral.
