I ordered a domain from Webnames and made the payment, but then there was silence. The domain was not registered. I waited three hours, after which I wrote to support — there was no response. I called and found out that Saturday and Sunday are days off! I placed the order and paid on Saturday around 6 PM. The domain was needed for a client, who was causing me inconvenience the whole time. In the end, after 6 hours, I bought the domain from another registrar! It turns out that the domain remained available after payment! Now I also need to figure out how to get my money back (2560 ₽). It seems like a scam!
