Three years ago, I registered the domain kaleostra.com with them. It turned out that I provided inaccurate information about the owner during registration. Although I confirmed my details in my personal account, three years later, when the domain became well-known, they simply blocked it. Support says they can't do anything and didn't even provide a timeframe for clarifying the owner's information. ICANN states that a court decision is needed to resolve the issue, as it is disputed. I came across information about the shady dealings of this registrar: they block promoted domains and either place ads on them or sell them. This greatly outraged me, as I had been working with them for several years. Even my visit to their office didn't help. The conclusion is obvious — they are scammers.
