I have a website in a "gray" niche, and my domain in the .com zone was blocked. They did not respond to my request for an explanation (it seems that some ill-wishers did their job: the day before, they were sending spam on behalf of the site, and as a result, the domain ended up on blacklists). The blocking happened on a Friday, and I immediately wrote to them, but I didn't get a response until Tuesday. I had to call. After the call, there was still no response; they just unblocked the domain. In the end, they provided a transfer code, so now I'm hoping for the best. I can't say that the registrar is completely bad (if I manage to transfer the domain, that would be good), but, for example, GoDaddy doesn't help at all and just ignores requests.
