I used this hosting for several months, but in the end, I couldn't take it anymore and switched providers. The websites were constantly going down. I tried upgrading to a more expensive plan, as recommended by support, but that didn't solve the problem. Eventually, support just stopped responding, and I decided to move to another hosting. They not only didn't return my backups but also didn't refund me for the unused period. My impressions are extremely negative; I won't set foot here again. Fortunately, there are many alternative hosting providers now.
