In my opinion, this exchange is largely independent and comparable to GGL, Mirka, and others. Some are concerned that placing articles might lead to sanctions from Yandex at this time, but I can assure you that with such a low number of orders, there is no threat. Although, if you actively order from different exchanges, it might cause problems. In any case, if the theme of the site doesn't allow for better monetization, this is a great option, and there's no point in leaving the TCI idle.
