Traffic Sale Rules
A page with a link block must contain some content (meaningful text). The site must be properly designed. The link block must not be placed on empty pages where there is nothing but the block itself. Services cannot include sites that consist of a single page.
All pages that contain a link block or receive traffic must be equipped with an external statistics system capable of demonstrating the origin of traffic to the site, indicating referring pages, search engine referrals, and keywords used in queries. It is recommended to install a free service like liveinternet.ru or its equivalent. Access to the statistics must be open. Counters and rankings are not suitable substitutes for complete statistics.
The share of visitors from Russia and the CIS must constitute at least 50% of the traffic. Traffic from sites targeting national diasporas from other regions of the world is allowed. The primary language of such sites (or sections where the link block is installed) must be Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Bulgarian, or another related language.
Mass mailing of individual advertiser links through chats, forums, IRC channels, messengers like ICQ, email, bulletin boards, etc. is prohibited. However, there are no restrictions on publishing the link block in standard form on the user's own site with a chat or forum.
Regarding the service's affiliate link (see affiliate program), there is only one restriction: SPAM cannot be used. Advertising in chats, forums, blogs, on bulletin boards, in any signatures, etc. is encouraged.
