I used to use various tools for managing client messages, but I recently found this service. I really like that all incoming messages from different messengers are collected in one place, and you can see who has read the messages and who hasn't. I'm also pleased that the response time has decreased: clients used to often complain about long delays, but now everything happens quickly.
