Everything is very convenient, messages are collected in Amo, there are templates and auto-responses, which greatly simplifies work. We previously used WhatsApp and VK, but due to frequent freezes in WhatsApp, we switched to Telegram. The support service helped us set everything up, the chat history with clients remained, and we even managed to handle the initial setup ourselves. There is integration with Max, which is very convenient, and we plan to use it in the future. Thank you to the developers, we will continue to use it.
