I connected all the messengers: WhatsApp, Telegram, and Max. I'm very happy that the ability to edit and delete messages has been added — it really helps if you make a mistake in the price or description of a service. The search function works great; I can quickly find the history of communication with clients. Additionally, it's easy to locate the chat within a deal, which is convenient since all the information about the client and the dialogue is gathered in one place. The support is also top-notch — they responded instantly and helped me set up a blacklist for spammers, for which I'm especially grateful.
