I have been collaborating with this company for a long time, and overall, everything was acceptable, although not without its flaws. In recent days, there was a sharp decline — I lost about 10,000 followers from my profile. I asked when this would be fixed, but I didn't receive a response for a whole day. Yesterday at 11 AM, they started compensating, promising to return 20,000, but they only returned 10,000 and then stopped. They didn't respond again, and at 5 PM, they informed me that the compensation was ongoing. Fine, but that same evening, another 14,000 followers disappeared. I wrote to them, but there was no response; support on the website vanished, and I still haven't received an answer via email. It's now 12:11 PM, and they usually respond by 10. I'm very disappointed, it feels like I'm speaking into a void. I should have found a way to resolve this issue a long time ago to get the work done. On another account, I also lost 5,000 followers. No responses at all; it seems they've decided to simply ignore me, a client who has been ordering from them for about two years. Complete disrespect for their work and a lack of responsibility.
