So, today I bought a tank (the 907) from the store wargaming.ru.net on 01/19/2018. I paid with a bank card, the payment went through and the money was deducted. I received an email with a code. I tried to activate it, but it said "Invalid code. Please try again." I tried several times, but it was useless. I wrote to customer support, and they asked me to send them the code that was sent to my email. I copied it from the email and sent it to them. A few minutes later, they wrote back saying the code was supposedly activated and they would look into how that happened. Meanwhile, they asked me to make the purchase again without refunding me any money. When I told them that they had scammed me nicely, they replied, "Choose your words carefully, no one scammed you." They took 1,900 rubles from me, and I’m supposed to choose my words? What else can you call it? I wouldn't be surprised if my review gets deleted or altered. All these reviews are mainly for scamming; they rewrite reviews to suit their narrative.
