In today's conditions, this is a real lifesaver. It's impossible to pay for anything abroad with a Russian card right now. Opening an account in a foreign bank is either difficult or comes with a lot of problems (even in neighboring countries). But here, everything can be done right in Telegram, and it takes just a few minutes. Yes, it's not quite a bank card like those issued by banks. You can't withdraw cash or transfer it to others. But I need it for online payments, and it handles that task 100%. The only downside is that you have to pay for the setup and commissions during transactions. Other than that, everything is great.
