The service is just terrible! I am completely disappointed with the quality of this system. There is almost no technical support – they respond to requests after a week, and if they do respond, it’s only with template phrases that don’t help solve the problem. It feels like the staff either don’t understand the product or simply don’t want to help. Using the system is a real nightmare! There are no instructions, everything is made extremely inconveniently. Even the simplest actions require a ton of unnecessary steps, and the interface looks like it’s from the 90s. How can you talk about efficiency when it takes so much time for every action? And the worst part is the constant bugs! The system often freezes, crashes, doesn’t save data, and some functions don’t work at all. It feels like the product wasn’t tested at all before launch. How could they release something like this? If you value your time and nerves, stay away from this "service." I will never use it again and won’t recommend it to anyone. Rating – 1 out of 10, and that’s only because there’s no option for zero.
