I ordered two women's t-shirts as a gift. Before placing the order, I carefully reviewed all the sizes of similar items, but still decided to order a size larger just in case. I ordered two t-shirts in size L. When they arrived, I was in mild shock; at first glance, and when comparing them to others, it turned out that, firstly, they were DIFFERENT, and secondly, one of the two "identical" t-shirts was at best a size S, while the other was slightly larger but still didn't reach size M.
AllTshirts.ru apologized and wrote that they guarantee "100% refund or exchange of goods in case of sending items of incorrect size," I just needed to fill out a form and send photos of the products. I did both and specifically pointed out that the ordered t-shirts of the same style and size turned out to be different. In response, I received a letter stating that "the items were photographed incorrectly" and that I needed "to ensure that the measurements are fully visible from start to finish on the measuring device." In my reply, I argued: "It's clear to the naked eye that the two 'identical' t-shirts are different. How can the size that doesn't fit be measured with a ruler? You also wrote 'if the model or color doesn't suit you,' what does a ruler have to do with anything?"
After that, there was no response at all. By the way, they don't publish any reviews lower than a "4" on their site; it's all "5s"—it's just idyllic.
The website states that returns can only be processed through Russian Post and at your own expense, even though the price of the t-shirts is initially inflated.
Good reviews are written by those who didn't encounter any problems when ordering. If you do face even a small issue, they won't resolve it.
Overall, I do not recommend them.
