I don't have a clear opinion about vkstorm. Among the drawbacks, I can highlight that the service is focused only on VKontakte. Specializing in just one social network is more of a hindrance than a help. If the exchange worked simultaneously with OK, FB, Instagram, and Twitter, the promotion process would be significantly faster: more platforms mean more tasks and more internal currency. The second downside, which is common to all similar exchanges, is the presence of fake accounts. There are hardly any users with real pages, which makes the service unsuitable for those engaged in sales. Even targeting doesn't help. In the end, the promotion boils down to just increasing the number of followers or likes. The third drawback is the risk of being blocked. VKontakte does not approve of promotion, so it's better to use this exchange with caution; I once had a case where I lost a group. However, there are also positive aspects. First of all, it's a free service. You can, of course, buy points and create tasks, but I believe it's better not to spend money and take advantage of free options (it's better to invest money in more serious promotion services). Secondly, there is an internal exchange here, which allows you to sell points and withdraw profits to your mobile phone balance. Not all services offer such an option. Thirdly, I have also worked with Bosslike and Admifast, but for me, vkstorm turned out to be the most convenient and effective resource.
