My wallet was empty, so I needed to top it up, of course. Now, for some reason, the payment is processed to a Raiffeisen card instead of the way it used to be, where I just entered the card number and other details. I made the payment, paid a huge commission, the money left my card, but it didn't arrive in my wallet. Initially, I planned to add about 500-700 rubles, but, as it turned out, that's not going to happen. I wrote to support about the problem and attached the receipt... The response just made me laugh out loud. So, guys, be careful! P.S. I definitely didn't pay more after that.
