I was blocked for some nonsense. I didn't violate any rules of this site, but I was banned because I supposedly emphasized the male gender in the comments. What kind of nonsense is that? What difference does it make what gender I choose as a customer and service requester? At first, when I contacted support, they told me the reason was that I had an 18+ profile on VK. They said if I removed that age label, I would be taken off the blacklist. I removed the label on VK, but a couple of days later, I was put back on the blacklist without any explanations, losing access to all VK services. Even the remaining money in my balance I can't get back.
