I don't use the service often myself, but our targetologist, with whom we work, manages the VK group for Barkov and speaks at their educational programs. Some examples provided in the training are based on projects she completed at our agency. I know that a small team works on the service, programming, responding to requests, and analyzing user reactions. Although the service is not perfect, the results achieved by such a small group of programmers and support impress me. I recommend the training, as I trust the qualifications of the targetologist who conducts it.
