We've been working with the teaser network for several months, and as an advertiser, I can say that it can be worse. The tech support responds, but sometimes it's a bit sluggish, and there are plenty of bots, just like everywhere else. However, if you use black/white lists, you can manage to drive traffic reasonably well. There is also quick moderation of teasers, and the website is quite user-friendly.
