We ordered items from this website. At first, we called them and asked about payment, whether there would be any additional costs beyond the purchased items. The answer was: no, of course not! The website states that if the purchase is over 5,000 rubles, delivery to the courier service is free. They don't clarify that this is only to the courier service in THEIR city. In the end, we had to pay 650 rubles for delivery to our city. Why should we have to guess about this? It's ridiculous. They send things for free from China, and we even called them! I'm at a loss for words.
