I used this service throughout 2020, regularly renting videos as they were released. I took minimal amounts to support the videos. Honestly, it's disappointing that there are very few comments, just a few at most. I reached out to customer support, and they explained that the issue is that users watch the videos not on YouTube, but on other platforms. As soon as new videos come out, I plan to continue working with them; for a start, this is quite acceptable.
