Users were not warned about the change in payment details, and they blame the users instead. They only answer the questions that are convenient for them, and sometimes they lie without resolving the issues. When they don't know what to say, they simply ignore you. What annoys me the most is that the amount in question is trivial compared to the 70 million orders they reported at the end of the year, yet they behave with greed. Their communication is rude. The quality of the service depends on your choice, and that works for me.
