They respond to questions as if they are in a zone, giving the impression that they are fed up with all their customers. You are all just terrible, and you've gotten what you wanted! It seems that your lives are so miserable that you've decided to take out your anger on your clients. If you are so tired of us, then why even provide a support address? Where is this support? Just write on the homepage that we take your money, and you get nothing in return. That's how you communicate, isn't it? I believe this site has run its course; it's full of scammers: you pay today, and an hour later you see what you wanted, and voila — everything is gone. So think twice before ordering from them; do you really want air instead of your order? I am going to file a complaint about this site with Yandex and Google.
