I especially appreciate the ability to first test a strategy on historical data before applying it in real trading — this helps avoid unnecessary mistakes. The interface is quite easy to master, everything is logically organized between bots, strategies, and analytics. I have contacted the help center multiple times — it's easy to find answers to the main questions there. In the end, the platform seems stable and user-friendly.
