I rented a server for a gaming project, but players started complaining about lags and freezes. Previously, I faced a similar problem on a VPS from datacheap, where changing the IP helped eliminate all the lags. In this company, I was told that changing the IP is "absolutely impossible." However, they suggested buying an additional address, which I did, and the lags really disappeared. I asked to remove the main address since I see no point in paying for an unnecessary problematic IP, but I received a categorical refusal. I really regret turning to this company. I do not recommend it!
