At first, we agreed on a preliminary estimate, and after approval, we started the actual renovation. The renovation itself took not as long as I had expected (about 2 months). The foreman answered all my questions, and he also ordered the delivery of materials, which was undoubtedly convenient. I was very pleased with the quality of the renovation!
