I bought a TV with delivery in Moscow. I ordered it on the website, called the store, provided my order number, and we discussed the delivery date. They brought it on the scheduled date, calling an hour in advance as I requested so I could get back from work. The courier kindly waited while I checked it. I paid by card. Everything was great, the service and support were at a high level, and the price was nice!
