I've been using UFO Hosting for six months. The service is ***. Previously, the speed was high, and issues occurred occasionally, as is common with many services with ***. But recently, the situation has become terrible. The speed consistently drops to 20 Mbps (when I test it without ***, it shows 900), regardless of the chosen country – the same problems everywhere. And here’s the most interesting part: I connect to various services, neural networks, actively work, and the connection either drops or works intermittently. Gemini reports that the connection is unavailable from this country, even though I had been working through it for half an hour. Not to mention that from some countries, like Germany, I can't connect at all. My colleague uses Germany and Hungary, which are on the list of supported countries, but it seems the guys at UFO have decided otherwise. Support also leaves much to be desired. Every time they refuse to take responsibility, claiming that other services are to blame. Meanwhile, when I try free alternatives, they work without issues. So the question arises: why am I paying you money? The service is not being delivered in full. And the most important thing: they ignore my request for a recalculation and refund (I just paid for another 3 months). Of course, I could try to assert my rights, but is it worth it to get into legal disputes over a small matter? Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend it; save your nerves.
