My VPS #15357120 was blocked due to links to Spamhaus and "Botnet C2 / win.sliver." In ticket 1831123: - there were no prior warnings, the block was immediate; - no technical evidence of the violation was provided; - the official Spamhaus page only showed PBL, which clearly is not considered a violation; - after delisting this IP, it is no longer in BCL; - I used the IP address for only about two months, and they did not take into account that its reputation could have been inherited from the previous owner; - despite passing identity verification and being willing to cooperate (as stated in their rules, p. 9), the service was not restored; - they did not offer a new virtual machine or IP replacement; - I was denied a refund for the unused period. In the end, this is a one-sided block without confirmed violation, without service replacement, and without compensation. It's a pity I didn't read the reviews; otherwise, I wouldn't have contacted them. Previously, I had reached out to PQ.hosting, which redirected its users to UFO.hosting. Before purchasing a VPS from UFO.hosting, I strongly advise studying the experiences of other clients.
