I decided to try the neural network out of curiosity. I took a small video file from YouTube and tested the speech recognition. The result was very pleasant – the neural network works significantly better than YouTube's automatic subtitles. Almost all words were recognized correctly. You can use the neural network for free, but there is a limit of 15 minutes of recognition per day. This time is not enough for professional work, but it's more than enough for testing the service. After that, you can either subscribe or pay for each minute of text recognition (the cost is about 1-1.5 rubles per minute).
