The agency staff helped me with the process of obtaining Romanian citizenship. I submitted my documents back in 2014. Three other men submitted their documents at the same time, but I don't keep in touch with them. I waited 9 months for the decree to be issued, and then I took the oath at the consulate in St. Petersburg, and just over 30 days later, I picked up my passport there! Before taking the oath, I completed the deregistration and registration in Russia, and based on that, I took the oath in St. Petersburg.
