We have been experiencing difficulties with this service for three days! We ordered a logo and paid for the maximum package, which includes business documentation and a social package. Before payment, we were not provided with any information about how the interaction would take place and what the timelines were. As a result, it turns out we need to wait at least another 24 hours for the designers to prepare the social package and business documentation based on our logo. The support service is extremely ineffective: to my question sent at 12:30, they only responded closer to 19:00, and only after I followed up. But the most surprising thing happened when we had already agreed that the social package would be sent separately. It turned out that this was impossible because... TA-DA!! OUR LOGO DISAPPEARED from the personal account! A completely different one was attached in its place. Technical support has been silent for almost a day, with no reaction. It seems that no one cares since the money has already been paid!
