I created the logo myself, nothing froze. I paid for a business plan that allows changing the logo and templates for three months, but at first, I couldn't save the template as a PDF. Two days later, they fixed it, but after the fix, it became impossible to edit the templates. Their recommendations are to switch browsers or access from a computer, even though everything worked fine for me without a computer until they started making changes. In the end, you can only download the templates, but you can't edit the text, change it, or enlarge it. Responses come only via email, fortunately, not through Russian Post. If I had known, I wouldn't have signed up for the business; it caused a nervous breakdown, there's no support, I do not recommend it.
