Good day! People, do not even think about placing orders on this website. This is a duplicate site created by scammers!!! We sent money for a samovar (13,300 rubles), they contacted us, promised to ship the order the next day, and deceived us!!!! More than 2 weeks have passed, they do not respond to emails, and the phone number listed on the site belongs to the manager of the real site. She replied that they have no such order numbers, so it seems we ended up on a duplicate site. We filed a report with the police and are waiting for a response. The official website is http://tulavar.ru.
