The Celinsky Market (TK Hermes) is quite a large market, probably the biggest in the entire Rostov region. The selection is appropriate. There is a large number of quality goods. I bought some nice Polish clothes for my children at one market and relatively inexpensive, great German dishes from "Webber." When I asked why they were so cheap, the seller explained that all the products are original, and the administration doesn't charge much for rent, which keeps the prices lower.
