Good day, here is my story: I placed an order on December 5, 2017, with cash on delivery, and picked it up at the post office on December 12, 2017. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge in black. We recorded the unboxing on video. Inside was a regular S7 in gold. There is no direct phone number for customer service; you always get connected to an operator. The voice of the service is quite dull; they introduced themselves as Andrey and Alexey. The website transfone.shop is run by LLC "Tsifrus," but the package came from individual entrepreneur Vladimir Sergeevich Zaytsev (and there was nothing else on the packaging). As "Alexey" explained after a day of communication, there was no mix-up at their warehouse. They demanded that I provide an "Act of Disagreement" from the post office :)) The post office said they don’t have such a thing and don’t issue it. The email address they provided for sending photos - [email protected] - is fake; Google has been trying to send an email for 48 hours, but to no avail. By the way, it’s not listed on the website. Conclusion: the scam lies in sending you a model that is 10,000 rubles cheaper, and that’s how they operate. The guys are stress-resistant. They speak monotonously and without emotion. The address is fake. The scheme is simple: a physical person buys or takes an "order" and sends it out, and it’s impossible to get your money back :)
