I act as a client on Fiverr. Here, you can find thousands, if not millions, of potential freelancers, and I usually choose them based on the number of completed orders and the ratio of positive to negative reviews. Sometimes I give tasks to newcomers to save money. In reality, the $5 price is just a lure, as the actual services cost much more. Everyone makes money on upsells, which are add-ons to the main service that change the terms. For example, a service might be advertised as "I will do ..." for $5, but the upsells already specify the exact conditions: what will be done for $5, $10, $15, and so on. Newcomers do not have access to upsells, but to promote their accounts, they perform routine tasks for pennies, and this can be exploited. The quality of work is generally high, especially since in most cases you can request a refund if the result is completely unsatisfactory.
