Through one of the company's websites, specifically top-lp.ru, I ordered a landing page and made a prepayment of 6700 rubles as agreed with the employee Oleg Loktev ([email protected]) to the Sberbank card (Yuri Alexandrovich B.) that he provided. A couple of days later, I received a link to the alpha version of the landing page from the employee Vitaly ([email protected]). Upon evaluating the alpha version, it became clear that the limitations associated with the constructor used and the developers' skills would not allow us to achieve the required quality. We informed Oleg Loktev about this and requested to cancel the order at this stage and return the prepayment. From that moment on, the company's communication with us as clients was completely cut off.
P.S.: After several of my reviews, I received a phone call from Oleg L., mentioned earlier, who informed me that the company TopLavina would NOT be returning the prepayment. A few days later, I was offered a refund of 3700 if I added a new positive comment to my reviews (in other words, if I worked for the company for free).
